EUROCENTER DDC
Eurocenter Process & Quality

Eurocenter’s quest for quality and ultimate client satisfaction has been a long and eventful journey. It is a strong manifestation of the organization’s corporate vision spearheaded by its CEO and management Team. Its recent CMMI endorsement is testimony to the organization’s continued commitment towards aligning its processes to enhance customer value. Today Eurocenter has reached a maturity stage of managing its business based mainly on quantitative measurement which helps it maintain the promise of delivering ‘high quality software services’ that’s both consistent and reliable.
Processes and methodologies with a high emphasis on quality are arduously followed at Eurocenter DDC. The software development process from the inception phase through transition up to its delivery, is based on, and governed by the core processes of the development lifecycle which involves business analysis, data modeling, system design, development, testing, and implementation. It is further enhanced through our efficient and effective support services. Products are therefore designed and developed to meet stringent international quality standards as we continue to excel in a highly competitive global market.
Eurocenter’s journey for process conformity and quality started four years ago when the organization launched its EC Process version 1 as its core development process to deliver software engineering services. It was based on Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Agile best practices. It was ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2005 and is being continuously audited for ISO recertification. Our desire to improve our processes evolved into the launching of EC Process version 2 in 2008 which now conforms to CMMI practices.
Presently our processes have been further endorsed as CMMI Level 3 (Version 1.2) compliant by the Software Engineering Institute affiliated to Carnegie Mellon University, USA. With a proven track record of solid client relationships throughout Europe and the United States, today we are a continuously evolving organization, and we strive to consistently meet the challenges of delivering high quality products in an open, professional and cost effective manner.

Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. It can be used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization. CMMI helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.
Pursuing Quality

EC Process2 acts as a guide for all activities performed at Eurocenter DDC. It ensures consistent quality and predictability.
