Eurocenter’s in-house developed Spider system serves as a project management/ bug tracking system with additional features such as lessons learnt repository, risk database, advanced customizable reports, appraisal system, leave and attendance. The integrated BI tool is used as a dashboard at personal level as well as Company level.
At Eurocenter, we believe that “Prevention is better than cure”. Therefore numerous verification points are identified throughout the life cycle to detect potential problems early, thereby avoiding costly rework. Requirements review, design review, code review, test case review and peer review are to name some.
As we adopt CMMI practices such as quantitative project management, prediction is the key, which is based on analyzing historical data. Our monthly project health review done by the Management, evaluates each ongoing project based on pre defined measurements. The aggregation of such will gives an insight into the overall health of the project.
